While the main draw is essentially music, the food, with a distinct Southern bias is renowned both for quality and authenticity. You can expect to find on the menu such exotic dishes as po' boys, catfish, jambalaya, gumbo, clam chowder and Boston baked beans. And you'll find steak, burgers and pizza. You can look forward to some piquant Cajun and Creole food like 'Voodoo shrimp', pan-seared, served with chunks of corn bread in a herb-tinged, buttery sauce, and much more
