Disneyland Resort

The Disneyland resort Anaheim is simply a recreational complex that is for Anaheim California travel. It is owned by the famous Walt Disney Company through all of its resorts, parks, theme parks, shopping, eating, dinning and entertaining area.

The place is well known as Disney land other than resort or a park. It was inaugurated in 1955 and was built by Walt Disney in its 100 acre parking lot and hotel that was owned by Jack Wrather of Disney business.

Since the park was initially constructed on a very remote location, so the Disneyland resort Anaheim built a guest hotel for the travelers from distant places. So, the visitors traveling from a distant off places could always stay overnight when ever visiting the park.

With its opening, Disneyland in deed became a huge success with its opening on the first year. The hotel Disneyland also enjoyed the same rate of success.

Sooner the area surrounding the Disneyland resort Anaheim became the atmosphere with all sorts of colorful lights and the flashy neon signs. Later the city also constructed the Convention Center across its street from its parking lot.

With the coming of the residences in the neighborhood the area developed into the part of the city. Later on the company also acquired the land to the west of Disney hotel and developed into Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel.

The success that started with one park and one hotel today stands with great success with its multi-park, multi hotel resort along with Walt Disney world in Florida. The Disneyland resort Anaheim is still continuing with its success turning the whole project into a resort destination for all-of-its visitors worldwide on travel in Anaheim.

The proposed projects may include the development of more theme parks, five star hotels, shopping complexes, and more entertainment district, including a cruise ship port. The idea is actually scrapped for the present but can be incorporated in the near future.
