The Anaheim convention center is an outstanding facility where NAMM holds its annual exhibition of musical equipments and gadgets.

Among the various musical groups featured under Anaheim music, let us consider The Orange Country Symphony.

The Orange County Symphony was founded in 1985 and is a regional orchestra of 90 members and serves a metropolitan population of about 3 million people. Among the major objectives of the group is its focus on providing musical exposure to parents and children in the community by developing pride in a noted and recognizable entity - a regional orchestra. In pursuance of this objective, this regional orchestra has made sterling contributions to Anaheim music through concerts at different parks and open venues across the Orange County.

The Orange county symphony has also been responsible for several other initiatives aimed at promoting music in the region. Bringing in noted composers from places like Korea, Bulgaria and France via the 'International Conductor Exchange Program' is one such initiative. The community benefited immensely from this exercise because they could enjoy the music from these famous stars from across regions.

For the past several years, the symphony has also been performing free concerts for children and is intent on continuing this tradition. The good work of the symphony is continuing in different directions. The annual Halloween concert held every October is an outstanding example of Anaheim music wherein children and an accompanying adult can gain a free entry to the event when they wear a costume.
